Please note that while the products remain in pristine, unused condition, there may be rare instances where the packaging or boxes show minimal signs of wear due to prolonged storage. These minor imperfections do not affect the quality of the products within. We assure you that every item is thoroughly inspected to meet our high standards before it reaches you.

Returns Policy

  • Trying on Items: Please take care when trying on footwear to avoid marking the soles or damaging the packaging.

  • Tags: Items with Luxuryzane security or brand tags must be returned with the tags intact and in their original position.

  • Hosiery, Lingerie, and Swimwear: Must have hygiene seals attached and be returned in unopened packaging. These items should only be tried on over your own undergarments.

  • Face Masks: Due to hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned unless they are defective upon delivery.

  • Jewelry: Must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and documentation.

  • Custom Items: Made-to-order items are non-returnable as they are tailored to your specifications unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
